Below is an overview of the various fun and educational camps being offered at Eaton Academy this summer — 2013. Some of these sessions are presented by Eaton Academy staff; others are available through outside institutions. Please consult the specific camp flyers (available below) for more detailed information. Space will be limited for these camps. So, sign-up soon! The summer theater camp is designed to especially develop and build skills in young children to improve confidence, critical thinking, spontaneity (thinking on their feet), articulation, listening skills and more, while learning theater essential skills in acting and performing. Theater exercises and games in this theater camp will stimulate creativity in all performers. Children will benefit socially and cognitively in an environment filled with fun.
Designed for both the reluctant writer and the enthusiastic writer, this fun, high-energy camp will have participants delving into different types of creative writing genres. We will use a combination of games, activities, and guided reading and writing exercises. With both individual and group exercises, campers will learn to stimulate their creativity, build their writing skills, and develop their confidence.

"Break the Rules" Multi-Media Art Camp is a 5 day camp exploring artists, such as Chagall, Picasso, Britto, Dali and more, who "broke the rules" in art in a hands on way. Come get "Out of the Box" with clay hand building, canvas painting, drawing in new and different ways sculpture, collage, and printmaking. This is a very Fun art experience. We will end the week with an art exhibit for parents and friends. Small camp sizes.
